The cooperation continues to this day.
We met Arthur, the owner of the online store, at the Wall Street 23 Conference in Karpacz. At that time, during a brief conversation over breakfast, Artur introduced the product, along with information about its design, production, distribution method and plans for promotion. We exchanged insights and discussed preliminary terms of cooperation.
This is the result of our 4-month cooperation with Artur, who has his own online store with a unique product.
What does our cooperation look like?
In May, at the WallStreet 23 conference, we brought up the subject of Arthur’s online store. He pointed out that sales did not look like he wanted them to. This was surprising, because of the quality of the products. After a long exchange and discussion of the problems, we decided to cooperate. It was simple in that Arthur had his products with him, which were indeed impressive.
In June of this year, we conducted a comprehensive Audit of the online store, which gave us insight into the main problems of the store:
- Duplicate content and titles
- Insufficient content on the site
- Improper site structure, e.g. categories
- Lack of internal linking
- Suboptimally designed shopping cart in terms of User Experience (usability for users)
- Lack of SSL certificate
- Inappropriate length of META descriptions (too long and too short)
- Non-optimized content in the Blog section
What follows:
- Only 9 hits per month from Google search and display on 128 keywords.
- Display on only 2 keywords in positions 4-10
- Sales of 78zl/month in the last month before cooperation – May 2020
Together, we decided to implement an Audit to diagnose problems and bottlenecks within the store. Its implementation was primarily to optimize the site for Google search and User Experience. In addition to this, the goal was to expand the content for keywords and add and later maintain a blog section. The changes also affected the homepage, which took on a new color scheme.
Over a period of 4 months, we implemented all the recommendations we suggested in the Audit, resulting in an increase in sales of over 8000% in 4 months. However, this is just the beginning, because thanks to the correct positioning of keywords, the site began to appear on individual phrases, so we expect another increase in traffic in the near future, when on individual phrases the site will enter high positions.
In addition, we managed to increase organic traffic by 390% and the number of keywords by almost 530%. The total increase in sales within the store was 10,500%.
